Who we are
Valleforge (“we,” “us”) is Valleforge, Inc., based in Los Angeles, California. This policy explains what personal information we collect through valleforge.com, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. Questions go to [email protected].
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request a margin assessment or start a conversation, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, company, and, if you choose to share them, your role, ERP system, annual sales range and message.
If you used the margin calculator on our site, the values you set (such as annual sales, gross margin and the margin lift you chose) are sent along with your request, so we can prepare for the conversation.
Information collected automatically
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics collects information about your visit: pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, how you used the calculator, your device and browser type, and your approximate location based on your IP address. We don’t send your name, email or company to Google Analytics.
Business data you share for an assessment
Transaction data you share with us for an assessment is covered by the non-disclosure agreement we sign with your company before you share anything, not by this policy. We delete it whenever you ask.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and prepare and deliver your margin assessment
- To follow up about our services, if you asked to hear from us
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve it
- To keep the site and our forms secure and free of spam
- To meet legal obligations
How we share your information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, under contracts that limit how they may use it:
- Microsoft, which hosts our email (Microsoft 365)
- Railway, which hosts this website and stores the form submissions you send us
- Google, which provides Google Analytics, only if you allow analytics
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
Cookies and your privacy choices
When you first visit, we ask for your choice about analytics. You can change it anytime with , also linked at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out, and analytics stays off unless you turn it on.

Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, you have the right to:
